Tap the + button on any screen. Give your task a name, optionally set a due date, category, or reminder, then tap Save. That's it.
When creating or editing a task, tap the bell icon to add a reminder. Choose a date and time. You'll receive a notification even if the app is closed.
In the task editor, tap "Repeat" and choose daily, weekly, or monthly. The task will automatically reappear after you complete it.
Open a shopping list and tap the share icon. Copy the invite link and send it to anyone. They can join the list and see real-time updates as items are checked off.
Go to Settings → Account → Export data. Your tasks, lists, and expenses are exported as a JSON file you can save anywhere.
Go to Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently removes all your data from our servers. You can also visit our account deletion page for more information.
Make sure notifications are enabled for Todito in your phone's system settings. In the app, check Settings → Notifications to ensure they are turned on. If the issue persists, try restarting the app.
If you had an account and were logged in, your tasks are synced to the server — just log back in to restore them. If you were using the app without an account, data is stored locally only and cannot be recovered after uninstalling.
When you first open Todito, you'll see five tabs at the bottom: Today, Upcoming, Lists, Shopping, and Archive. Tap the + button to add your first task. Assign it a category and due date to get the most out of the app.
Create a recurring daily task for your habit. Each day you complete it, your streak grows. Miss a day and the streak resets — so stay consistent! The flame icon shows your current streak count.
Switch to the Shopping tab and create a list. Add items with quantities. As you shop, tap items to check them off. Use the share button to collaborate with family or roommates in real time.
Categories give tasks a home (work, health, home, etc.) with color coding. Tags let you cross-reference tasks across categories — for example, tag tasks with "urgent" regardless of their category.
In the Lists tab, create a group to track shared expenses. Add expenses, and Todito calculates who owes what and suggests the minimum number of transfers to settle up.
