You may use Todito without an account for local-only features. Creating an account enables syncing and group features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

When you participate in group features (shared expenses, group shopping lists), the data you contribute is visible to other group members. You retain responsibility for the content you share.
Todito and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer. Your data remains yours — we claim no ownership over the content you create in the app.
Todito is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. Use the app at your own discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Todito.
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
